If you signed up for a subscription or Outside+ membership through any iOS or Google Play app, (ieGaia GPS, Trailforks, Outside Watch App, Roku, Xfinity), you will have to cancel the auto-renewal of that subscription through the app itself. I signed up for a subscription via an iOS or Google Play app. You will still have access to the membership until the renew date! If you'd like to cancel your membership renewal, you may do so by signing into your membership portal, navigating to My Profile > My Membership > Cancel Auto-Renewal.ġ) Click the Profile Icon in the upper right corner of your screen If you were recently charged and are requesting a refund, please reach out to us. If you choose to cancel your membership, you’ll stay a member until your renewal date, but your account will not automatically renew for another year.
